Decell Technologies Ltd. to Bring Suit against ITIS Traffic Services Ltd.

for Patent Infringement in Tel Aviv District Court

TEL AVIV, November 1st, 2006 - Decell Technologies, the global leader in the provision of accurate real-time traffic information, announced that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against ITIS Traffic Services Ltd. in the Tel Aviv District Court claiming that with its Estimotion product ITIS is infringing Decell’s patent for producing accurate real-time traffic information derived from cellular network data. The lawsuit was filed following ITIS’s attempt to launch a commercial service in Israel based on Decell’s patented technology and includes also other companies as co-defendants.


Decell is represented by Soroker-Agmon, advocates & patent attorneys, a leader in protecting intellectual property rights in Israel and seeks the court for an injunction and a financial claim of $3 million.
