Pelephone launches new driver services based on Decell's technology

TEL AVIV, January 22th 2006 - Pelephone communications, a leading cellular communication provider in Israel, launched today its new drivers' services package. Branded as *123, a set of driver oriented mobile services will be marketed to all of Pelephone's users. The package will include GPS voice navigation, location based traffic alerts, real time traffic based route guidance and call center driver assistance. All the above services are based on Decell's innovative technology, mainly the newest release of the Autoroute-1 system, the world's first commercial mobile network based traffic information collection system. In addition Speed trap warnings are also offered to the users. Pelephone has long ago defined the driver community as a central focal point for new services, and spent much effort to develop designated services for them. Pelephone currently offers the widest range of driver oriented services than any other mobile operator in Israel and perhaps also in the world. Pelephone believes that not only will the new services largely increase customer satisfaction and loyalty; they will also become a significant revenue source and the package is expected to be one of the leading value added services. The launch of the service is accompanied by a large marketing campaign across many media channels.
