Decell and Pocketworlds Lunch a New Traffic Interactive Voice Response System for Leading Israeli Cellular Providers

TEL AVIV, June 22nd , 2010 - Decell Technologies, a global leader in the provision of real-time road traffic information, is proud to announce together with Pocketworlds, an expert in new media application development, the launch of an upgraded traffic service.

Decell and Pocketworlds developed a new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system based on Decell's swift-i traffic®, the most accurate and comprehensive premium road traffic information in Israel. The system was implemented and is now offered as a traffic service for two leading Israeli cellular providers, Cellcom and Orange. In this service, Cellcom's and Orange's mobile subscribers dial a short access number from their cellular phone (*30 or *123) and hear real-time traffic reports for a specific road or area of their choice. The reports specify the location and direction of each traffic congestion, as well as the average driving speed and delay time.

"This excellent IVR service is a result of our successful cooperation with Pocketworlds," said Jonathan Silverberg, CEO of Decell. "Subscribers will now have direct and simple access to Decell's premium traffic information to help them make smart route planning," Mr. Silverberg added.
